Fit for a very British Princess – A Great British designer.

WELL, with the arrival of a new little prince the hot topic this week, it felt only fitting that we should be celebrating the very talented British designer and a favourite of The Duchess of Cambridge, Jenny Packham.


Yes, Kate and Wills’ third baby was born on Monday and the eyes of the world’s media were all on Kate as she graced the steps of St Mary’s Hospital, Lindo Wing, to introduce us all to the new royal.

It was no surprise that Kate’s choice of dress for the big occasion was by London-based, British designer, Jenny Packham – now Kate’s designer of choice, having also worn her creations to introduce George and Charlotte.

And once again she wore a classic shift, but this time in red, as a fitting tribute to William’s mother Princess Diana, who donned the same colour to introduce her second son Harry to the world at the same venue back in 1984.
